The undergraduate teaching program consists of three main areas, namely, Cell Biochemistry, Clinical Biochemistry and Food and Nutrition. Chemical reactions occurring in the human tissues, their deviation in pathological conditions and their pharmacological manipulation for betterment of health will be taught under cell biochemistry and clinical biochemistry. Importance of proper nutrition for the good health of oral and systemic tissues is taught under the section of food and nutrition.
