To cover the administration costs of the ERC Rs 2,500.00 will be charged from the applicants outside the Faculty of Dental Sciences, University of Peradeniya.
The payment slip should be forwarded along with the application.

Option 2:
To credit the payment to the following account and forward the slip of the payment clearly mentioning the name of the study and the applicant's name.
