MASTERS DEGREE IN ORAL MEDICINE AND RADIOLOGY (MOMOR)
Faculty of Dental Sciences

Masters Degree in Oral Medicine and Radiology (MOMOR) is scheduled to be commenced on 01st October 2018.
This programme has been designed to impart essential and up-to-date knowledge, skills and favorable attitudes in Oral Medicine and Radiology so that the graduate will be able to provide care as competent professionals towards patients who may present with uncomplicated oral medicine problems.

DURATION:The minimum period of the Masters Degree shall be two semesters (one year fulltime).

CREDIT REQUIREMENT:A total of 60 credits will be required to complete the course

ELIGIBILITY: The applicant should have a bachelor’s degree in Dental Surgery with one-year post qualification experience and registered with the Sri Lanka Medical Council. Foreign candidates can follow the course after obtaining temporary registration with the Sri Lanka Medical Council.

TUITION FEES :

Local students SLR 200 000
SARRC students USD 6 000
Other countries USD 9 000

OTHER FEES :
Registration, examination, library fees and other fees will be applicable as for other postgraduate courses in the University.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE :
Applications should be sent on or before 30th August 2018 to the Assistant Registrar, Faculty of Dental Sciences, University of Peradeniya, Peradeniya along with a self-addressed stamped (SLR 70/-) envelope (32X25 cm) and with the payment slip for registration fee of SLR 5000/- drawn in favor of Faculty of Dental Sciences, University of Peradeniya. (Account No: BCEYLKLX-7010-588-000-1273343). Cheques will not be accepted. The payment slip should be attached along with the application.
