International Students
International Students
The Faculty of Dental Sciences, Peradeniya has been admitting international students for many years. Students
are admitted for elective clinical studentships in the professorial units, which consist of clinical
attachments lasting for 2 to 3 months.
Few years back the faculty started to admit international students to its undergraduate dental course.
Students from the Bhutan, Pakistan, Nepal, Maldives, Bangladesh, etc. have successfully completed the dental
course and continue to do so. These students are sponsored by the their Governments and are scholarship
holders from that country.
