About Us

Sri Lanka Journal of Oral Sciences (SLJOS) is the official publication of the Faculty of Dental Sciences, University of Peradeniya, Sri Lanka. It is a peer reviewed journal publishing original and high-quality articles covering a wide range of topics in relation to all fields of dental and oral sciences and allied disciplines. The goal of the Sri Lanka Journal of Oral Sciences (SLJOS) is to promote publications with high standards and excellence for the creation and dissemination of scientific knowledge.

Sri Lanka Journal of Oral Sciences (SLJOS) will publish three issues a year in English language. The journal welcomes submission of original and significant contributions in the field of dentistry and allied disciplines. SLJOS accepts review editorials; original research articles, review articles including narrative, scoping, systematic reviews and meta- analyses; clinical updates, case reports, case series; clinical audits picture stories; brief reports; correspondence/letters to the editors; and innovations in relation to all fields of dental and oral sciences.
SLJOS is an open access journal but there is no publication/ processing fee involved.
